  They don't even deserve a star. They never finished their work. Charged me for their gas to and from my home as well as their food in the receipts. They left my home a complete mess. Their work is really poor and the quality is terrible. So many flaws. They even purchased a faucet for my sink, installed it wrong and on a better note... it DOESN'T WORK! Really not a surprise. They're just a waste of money and your time. Find a better contractor.

  Never completed the job poor workmanship overcharged and now won't finish the work that he's already been paid for do not use this contractor litigation pending

  The worst ever. I wanted work done inside and outside of my home. When they arrived they said the first thing would be to fix the roof leak. The rain was coming into the living room. So they said a rubber roof on the entrance way would fix the problem. They said the slope of the entrance way was the problem so the only way to fix it would be a rubber roof. They did this and the leak was still there in the same exact place. Then they did some work on the inside of the house. What a mess! They used my glossy wall paint on half of the ceiling in the bathroom then ran out so they used an flat paint for the rest of it. Then they went over some of the wall spots that needed more pain with the flat paint so my bathroom is a mess. The electrician pulled out some outlets and Pender fixed the holes (sort of). The patch job on every outlet is a mess. The bathroom downstairs they took off the bathroom panels and when put back up it overhangs a half of an inch. Should have been pushed back to the wall so it was even. Looks terrible. Then they looked at the roof again and said it needs a new roof on the old section of the house. We discussed this in length as to whether this was another guess or if it really would fix the leak. Jeff Pender assured me it it would fix the leak. So after $4000 on the roof it stilol leaks in exactly the same place as before he did anything. Now he says the new roof is not tied into the other section of roof properly and wants more money from me to go back up there and tie it in with flashing. Why did he not do this when he was instlling the roof? He also states this may not work to fix the leak. AND HE CALLS HIMSELF A ROOFER???? I am totally dissatisfied with everything he has done for me so far. I will not let him back on my property.
