    I was looking for a reliable contractor to remodel my kitchen. I interviewed about 10 recommended contractors and decided to hire Pender Construction
    . And it was a great choice. They did excellent job, exceed my expectations although I actually had a pretty big expectations. My new kitchen looks amazing, it's very functional and materials they used is at highest level of quality. I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!

    I can't say enough good things about Birch Pender, of Pender Construction. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and flawlessly. Mr. Pender went above and beyond to ensure that my new roof was everything I wanted it to be. Mr. Pender is kind, patient, understanding, and fair, and a pleasure to do business with. I am a little fussy about the way things look, and there was a small aspect of the finished roof that I didn't like. It wasn't anything they did wrong, just something cosmetic that I wanted to be done differently. Mr. Pender fixed it, without any hesitation whatsoever. I am beyond pleased with every aspect of my roof project. I highly recommend Pender Construction.
