I contacted Pendergast Construction to put in a patio with a cover.I live out of state and was going to start this while I was in Buckeye.It sounded like a go,but when I got there I was unable to contact them.I left 4-voice mails and never heard from then again.I would not recommend them for any projects.

I received multiple estimates for the complex mounting of a large television over a stone fireplace, painting of a family room and mounting of a second television. Pendergast Quality Construction provided the most complete and reasonable estimate (sans the "project premium" most contractors seem to include for Scottsdale zip codes.) The project was personally supervised by Robert Pedergast and the work was completed in a timely and very professional manner.
I would unequivocably recommend Robert and his team for home remodeling/improvement projects.

Pendergast Quality Construction completed a remodel in our home that included complete removal of ceiling drywall, new drywall/texture, insulation, paint and carpet for about half of our livable square footage. The work was done on time for a very reasonable price. We plan to use them on future remodeling projects.
