    Home addition and bathroom remodel
    $178,000

    Peninsula Design & Construction built an addition to our home last year and also remodeled our existing bathroom. Michael's timeline was on track, the only slow downs we encountered were due to the slow inspection scheduling process, nothing to do with his scheduling or subs. He stayed within budget, the extra costs we incurred was for work outside the scope of our contract. His sub were all professional and due high praise, especially his tiler, plumber and electrician. Michael's communication was excellent and it was a pleasure working with him.

    Home Renovation/ Remodel

    We recently had Peninsula Design and Construction renovated our whole house. I cannot tell you how happy we are. Michael works with a team of professionals that took us from concept into design with a very easy process. They completed my house on Schedule. Michael is very reliable and can deliver projects as expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home renovation project!

    Tenant Improvement

    We just completed a tenant improvement project in San Mateo where he was the general contractor. He gave us a very competitive bid and a timeline we were happy with. From the start of the project until the end, I relied on Michael for everything from making sure all of the work is done in a timely manner to making sure it is of the quality we specified. He was on top of everything and very committed to the project. His subs were great as well and did an awesome job. Michael is very organized and detail oriented, which is a valuable asset in a contractor. Throughout the project he was very easy to communicate with and he has a great sense of humor that put me at ease even in tense moments. If you want a contractor who you can 100% rely on to get the job done on time and within budget, Michael is your guy. I recommend him without hesitation.
