From my experience working with Penn-Jersey I have found that they do quality work and finish jobs in a timely manor. Some people may find their prices a tad high but it's well worth the price. Remember, you get what you pay for. Jimmy Farrell, the owner of Penn-Jersey is very friendly and personable. He'll frequently chat with you at the end of the job or while his helper is doing some work on his own. He doesn't try to stick anyone for any mishaps, if they made a slight error, there is no extra charge for rectifying it.
