    Replace a bathroom slide windows, with a double hung windows
    $400

    Did not install the correct double hung windows ordered. And paid for. Installed a slide windows they had leftover from another job. Informed of error and attempted to give a $80.00 credit for me to accept a $400.00 error. Then still didn’t forward the windows paid for. Losers

    I have had years of transactions with Penny Window, actually 20 plus!
    Regretfully the time has come to find a different company. It"s going on a year and the job is still incomplete! A lot has changed since Covid!!
