This is one of the worst experiences dealin with a company i have ever experienced. Richard Duran is a liar and he harassed me multiple times. He threatened me and tried to put a lien on my home for work he didn't even complete. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Richard Duran with Peoples Choice Roofing doesn't know anything about home repairs nor the construction of a home. I'm surprised Pueblo county gave him a license, let alone that he could pass the test. He will tell you that he can repair your problems then hires a contractor that does know what he's doing to complete the job. Just before the contractor is finished with job he fires the contractor for mock reasons, then tells the contractor to leave the job and threatens him not too set foot on the construction site and that all the neighbors have been notified that if you do set foot the property that authorities will be notified and you will be prosecuted. He then doesn't pay the contractor that did all the work. He then takes credit for the work that he could never have done himself. These are the worst kind of contractors out there. Do not hire Rich Duran with Peoples Choice roofing they are crooks. He still managed to take me for around 750.00 dollars even with all the experience I have. I've been in construction for 32 plus years. I worked directly with local, city, state home building inspectors and I have extensive knowledge of HUD, FHA, VA and IRC building codes in Colorado and surrounding states . I also worked for the largest home builder in the United states(Champion Builders) for 23 yrs and have previous license with the (D.O.H). Division of Housing in Colorado with the MHIP program. Rich Duran with Peoples Choice Roofing is not someone you want to hire. Good luck!
