The idea of the company was to offer cost-effective services without compromising the quality of the work, and the tradition still continues to this day. Although we began small, we have been progressively growing as more clients discover our dedication to excellence. It is no wonder why over 80% of our business is with repeat clients.

Pepaj Construction (and Mark the owner) and just incredible to work with. I renovated a townhouse in New York and Mark was able to complete the job in 1/2 the time that others quoted. He understood all aspects of the construction and Of the renovation process and was always on time daily with his amazing crew of craftsman and workers. I can’t say enough good thinks about this company and about Mark. He is beyond fair (perhaps too nice about things) and doesn’t worry about charging for every tiny change. He sees the big picture and understands the customers needs even before they know it! I would recommend Pepaj and Mark without hesitation to anyone renovating anything From a studio to a townhouse. They are simply the best.

It was my first time hiring a contractor and Pepaj Construction was the only place who gave me such a clear quote as well as the breakdown of the cost. From start to finish, they never failed to answer or address my requests. The bathroom tiles look amazing and my house looks refreshed with the new painted walls done by them as well. They finished the job within the schedule and always kept the working area well organized and clean. I didn't get any complaints from the building or from my neighbors.
I very much recommend them!
