Peppers Construction built my home in Eagle River between 2011-2012. It is a Lindal Cedar home, Teton Model. I am also a single professional female and this was my first and only home construction project. It is my primary home. Scott helped me estimate how much it would cost to build the type of home I wanted. He helped me select the lot to get the view I wanted from my prow front home. He helped me make good choices about building. He advised against some things (slate tiles and window placement) and he advocated for others (an enlarged crawl space). He never steered me wrong. I live in a very seismically active area. My home is rock solid, stable, warm and my "happy place." There are a few things I would change (choice wise) but my choice of builders will continue to be Scott Peppers and Peppers Construction. He's simply the best.
