Joe did not finish my concrete and he asked 3000 dollars cash for only half day work. He intentionally damaged the concrete and the concrete crack. The concrete had many his footprints. He never disclosed he only can work for weekend only, he did not have tractor. He was yelling me in my neighborhood and harassed me for more money, I paid him 4650 for labor and I paid all of the concrete, pump and rebar total 12500 for the concrete. He is not honest and professional. I am so regard to hire him. He damaged my concrete by threatening me for more money. He only wants cash. Not a check or cashiers check. He told my neighbors that I did not pay him. He intimidated me for more money after I paid him 4650. The job was not done and he wants me to pay him for cash only. He did not grading and level my yard so my concrete is cracking right away. Stay away from this dishonest person. He is not a professional at all.
