I hired this contractor Thru Buildzoom in Oct of 2018 with a time sensitive project of replacing tile, drywall, 3 windows and a sliding door damaged in the hurricane due to water intrusion. I was promised everything including windows an doors would be done by dec 8. I wanted drywall and painting done before thanksgiving. They replaced drywall but not without stoping water intrusion, so it has continued to get wet again. They blamed me for wanting to rush the project. It is not fed 8 and still doors aren’t replaced, window s not replaced, tile not done, and drywall continues to get wet. The company sub
Contracted the windows to an awful company (impact king) who ordered the wrong doors in spite of being corrected several times by me. They planned to do windows and all without a permit without telling me. I have been insisting on permit and offering to Walt it thru myself, but they haven’t even been able to get the paperwork Together for me- after months of
Asking. Very disappointed - I am continually left hanging!
* after this review I agreed to take it down and give them time to run the permit and do the job. Instead of walking the permit thru (like I was willing to do) they dropped it off and were told it could take up to 3 weeks. Meanwhile I am on my 4th-5th month of continuing to have water intrusion, unable to get a renter or a home sale move forward, and unable to take advantage or plans to spend time in Aspen for the winter as I had planned when I planned to have the job complete on December 8, 2018. It is currently Feb 13, 2018.

I am absolutely stunned by the construction work that your company does! The precision and quality of the work by Mr. Morros is extremely high quality from ground up to completion. Highly experienced for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs that you may require. Having owned several restaurants and car dealership, I have worked with a number of other contractors and know when someone who knows their business and takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing. That describes Mr. Morros and the sub contractors he works with.

M & M Construction also helps source all of the new appliances and finishes through his vendors for your new build or remodel which can be a handful if you haven't done it before. All the work he performs is of the highest standard and within your respective budget.

Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having M & M Construction, LLC as your contractor can really help alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling them for any future renovation needs my family or I need.

Mr. Morros, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your service to our country. Why am I also writing about this here in my review of your company - - Because not many people know that you do or what it is to have a person sacrifice their freedom for the freedom of others. I do because like you my dad also served. "There is no institution on this world that commands such unwavering respect as the United States military". The qualities of a soldier and a gentleman goes hand in hand - - and the qualities 'essential qualities' a leader needed to possess, including common sense, duty, loyalty, tact, decisiveness, consistency, a sense of honor and pride are qualities reflected in your company and yourself. For others to misinform the public writing hateful reviews goes into the character of that person and not yours. You built your company and reputation out of value, honor and pride. Well done!
