    Horrible. He lied about the boards he would replace and paint and he did not replace or paint them and make them like new as he promised. He did not pull a city permit until after the city came and shut him down. The crew was chased off the roof. He did.not come back for weeks to finish and when he did send someone, it was not the original crew. He sent one man and a woman who were not part of the original crew They only worked on the weekend or evening. The roof was not Installed correctly or finished I learned later because these 2 individuals did not finish or install what the other crew did not finish It caused leaking because the shingles were never attached or installed near the fire place. They did not complete the installation causing roof leaks and internal damage to the home. He will not repair or return phone calls about repairs needed inside the home. He sent his cousin, Mr Fernandez and the head of the original crew who confirmed the internal leak and ceiling and wall water damage that came inside. near the fireplace was where the shingles were never installed after the first crew was ordered off the roof.due to not having a city permit. The rest of the roof needs to be checked. . His cousin says he was previously a licensed appraiser for USAA. Previous would be the key word. His cousin said Perez would come out and bring workers to repair the inside water damage and check the rest of the roof. He has not come out and does not return my phone calls or my text My inside damage from his work has not been repaired. It is poring rain and more water is coming inside. He is dishonest and does not complete his work and will leave your home in terrible shape My roof was linstalled in May 2021 and was leaking inside the home 4 months later. He does not stand behind his work. Use at your own peril I have since also advised the person who recommended him to me. That person apologized and said it was years ago. Turns out it was Perez’s dad who must have been an honest hardworking man but is now deceased. His son, the current Perez Roofing owner who did my roof did not inherent these traits. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money because my roof and under wood is now in worse shape. It is only 4 months old I strongly recommend never using this company.

    This was the second time we contracted with Perez Home Improvements and again were thoroughly satisfied. In March of 2019 his company installed our roof. Thus we contracted with his company to install siding and new windows on our 45 year old home. In both cases his workers were professional,efficient, and timely. His bid was far more reasonable than 3 other companies we received estimates from. His company is definitely worthy of 5 Stars and we have no reservation in recommending him to family and friends as a company they can trust.

    Complete roof Job

    I cant express enough on the quality and professionalism work Perez Home Improvement did for my home.
    When i called for them to give me a estimate they quickly came and evaluated my roof ,and by the next day they were here with the material and finished it in one day. Luis is the owner of the company he is extremely helpful and listens to all your needs and is one of the best in town. And the prices are the lowest,and they're quality of work I give them a 5 star!! I am one happy customer . and I will recommend him and his team FIRST before you choose another company for estimates, and work on your home.
