Had Perez roofing do our roof and before even a year later we noticed water leaking and rafters bowing from getting wet and drycalled him to come solve the problem and said he would return never came since then he has given me every excuse then come to find out he improperly installed the shingles by doing the racking method instead of the 6 inch stair step and he won’t come and fix it after talking to him on the phone he said for us to do wut ever we wanted such as taking him to Court and that he didn’t care now he claims he wasn’t a company when he did our roof but was posing as one with insurance so beware when considering hiring this company had good recommendations of him but come to find out he lacks professionalism in fixin his mistakes
