    Quality and Reliability

    Perfect lived and worked up to the name! I hired this company to build an addition to my home from foundation up. They were reasonably priced. Signed a contract, within a day I had an Engineer taking measurements and filed for all the approvals from the city and three weeks later they were excavating for the foundation. Two months later, my entire project came to end and I was delivered my home fully completed. Not once did I have to complain about anything, the worksite was left tidy each day, professional crew with work attire (same group of guys) showed up to work each day. Ron the owner works along side his men to ensure the quality is not comprised by having the project ran by employees. I have a lot of great things to say. I am proud of their ratings on build zoom here also and am not surprised. Bulld Zoom customers, hire Perfect, it is a sensible solution! Good Luck!!

    My experience was great with Perfect Contracting of NY. Not only was the estimate affordable, they provided a written contract and written warranty for all the work they did. The team members including the owner Ron, work each day until the job is done. The entire crew of guys are highly trustable, efficient and knowledgeable. I recommened my neighbor to them who is happy as well. Good luck !
