    I picked my exterior colors via an email and was a bit disappointed when I approached the finished house. I was late for the final walk through and felt rushed once I arrived. There were numerous rescheduled closing dates. I was inconvenienced once giving my landlord notice. Builder offered to help compensate for the inconvenience but did not honor his word. After being in house a little over a week, workers arrive to sod house being completed next to me. They covered the entire front and back of home. I felt some kind of way as I received sod to cover the front but only a foot of sod around back of house to cover the backyard. The crew even offered me leftover sod to cover a little bit more of my back yard. There was an installed mailbox next door, and no one has moved in yet. I felt some kind of way again as I was not receiving my mail. Mail was being returned to sender as I had not installed a mailbox. I totally did not think about a mailbox. Builder next store looked out for whomever decides to move in. I felt short changed. I am still trying to get over the foul smell of sulfur coming from well water. I'm moved in. So far everything is properly functioning. Builder even dropped by at my request to reexplain the upkeep of well water filter in order to help eliminate the foul sulfur smell. The staff was very friendly through the process. I was able to contact Brad, owner of company, directly. Brad's wife was a big influence in the little extra amenities like deep and widen kitchen sink with goose handle, sprockets around the house perimeter, easy to clean windows, separate room-controlled air conditioning and much more. The neighborhood is growing, and I am close to major stores. I will not complain too much but wanted to leave a review of my experience.

    RT VETERAN - SENIOR Brad Steiner owner is not a man of his word . My wife seen Perfect deed homes model. she liked it . we looked at a house under construction.. brad always says we take care of our customers. I wanted to build our house like we had done before. kevin steiner owner and constuction contractor and electrical contractor TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP. long story short. we had over 32 problems. so much for taking care of our customers. 1- they built this house 2 they came back to fix problems. I don't want them back a 3rd time to fix electrical again. this was suppose to be a house for my wife. well its a nightmare. I will make sure problems are corrected, so I can sell. I should set up a website to list all the problems.
