worst remodel I've seen in 35 years .Electrical was pitiful.In fact it was left dangerous to the homeowner.They covered all existing walls (old plaster and wood lathe) after busting large holes in them,with 1/4 inch drywall and NO backing behind the holes.NO electrical boxes were extended with proper mud rings.This remodel should have been a complete tear down to bare studs with complete electrical update TO CODE.Hot water radiator was moved and is now leeking(the customer had to put a container under the leak).Mariusz(the "contractor") saw this but did nothing.The exhaust duct for the stove
was not corrected as"it was existing so it was ok".BS! A flex aluminum pipe is NOT OK.The home owner is being taken advantage of with this ITS EXISTING SO ITS OK attitude.Cleanliness was poor at best, for example;, when the radiator was moved ,chunks of plaster landed in the washing machine and left there!Dust was pervasive due to inadequate dust barriers.A worker removed nails from door casings and left all the nails on the customers lawn!The customer and I picked them up to prevent injury.
