Painting job was very unprofessional. It was messy, it was done by one person in one day (my master bath and bedroom). He came in at 8:00am and left at 9:00pm. I was supposed to get two coats of paint, I got one. It was sloppy and the painter had to come back and remove paint from areas that were not supposed to be painted (like the back of my towel bar, my shower door, and mirror). There was no taping, so you can see where the grey paint goes into the white paint on the ceiling. People who have seen it have commented on how messy it looks. I am so disappointed. I will never hire them again or refer them to anyone. Even after I sent pictures and expressed my dissatisfaction with the job, no one ever came out to review the work that was done. Poor business practices.

I hired Perfect Painters & More for an interior paint job. Ryan came to the home to estimate the project and left a written work proposal. He was courteous, clear, and there was NO high pressure sale tactics. Two months later, after evaluating other contractors, I selected PP&M to complete the project. They scheduled within 5 days of my decision. The crew arrived on-time, worked a full 8 hours to complete the job, prepped and cleaned the site to our satisfaction, and reviewed the work with my wife to complete requested touch-ups prior to departing. The job was completed as quoted with complete satisfaction with a highly competitive price!

Absolutely terrible. Do not hire this company. They are unorganized, unprofessional and hire illegal immigrants off the street in the morning on the way to the job site which provides you with unskilled, unprofessional workers who show up with no instructions, no supplies and no guidance. The workers will tell you they are illegal, I didn't ask, they volunteered the information. Smh. If you want to babysit the crew and clean up after them and have them cause damage to your home, hire this company. What a joke. You're better off hiring your own unskilled laborers off the streeet rather than paying a so called contractor to do a professional job for you. Countless emails, texts and photos to the hiring Mgr Jeff, and the so-called project manager that he tried to pawn the job off to, asking them to come out and see the disaster each day but of course they never came to check on their men. Power washed and did not lift screens, left streaks on house, splattered mud all over neighbors houses, splintered up entire deck, and hiring Mgr texted saying sometimes it's not enough power to clean the window sills. I could blow on it and the dirt would come off and clearly the power washer is strong enough because it splintered up the deck. The problem is the crew has no clue how to use the equipment and no skill or training. They even hung a storm door backwards and had the nerve to say it was reversible and could go either way, and that it didn't have a screen which I then had to show them the piece that retracts and is screen. The instructions are in English AND SPANISH, but they are unskilled and unfortunately cannot even read instructions either. Ha, laughable and embarrassing that I could hire such incompetence. They will leave their trash outside of your home, in your neighbors yards, spill drywall patch in your yard, and leave paint outside on your sidewalk in the sun all day. Lazy and sloppy. A three day job proved barely 20% complete and I was forced to fire them on the fourth day and take the loss on my 1/3rd deposit. I literally have to hire someone else to go back over all their work.

They need to rename their company Sloppy Painters. This has been an on-going nightmare for 3 months. They were completely careless with our property (smacking ladders into our stairs, dripping paint everywhere, broke 2 sets of our blinds and didn’t tell us, ripped one set of blinds out of the wall and didn’t repair the drywall). They were horribly sloppy - paint drips everywhere, they didn’t paint completely in the corners, we only got one coat of paint though they swear we got 2, they used cheap constructor paint, and their workers didn’t know what the job was. The team manager came out to try and make it right, and the 2 people who came out did a decent job. Now our paint is cracking and chipping, and we have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get a response from someone about scheduling yet another team to come out fix those issues. It will be the 5th time someone from the company will need to come out for issues because the original team couldn’t do it right the first time.
