    extensive home repair after damage from frozen pipes
    $50,000

    I recommend Pachi without reservation for home repair work in Englewood, NJ. The damage resulting from frozen pipes while I was away from home is hard to describe. His work was literally life saving. He replaced flooring, sub-flooring, some of the structural beams beneath the floors. He installed a beautiful island in the kitchen, replaced the powder room I had with a much more appealing one and, of course, as the name implies did an excellent painting job.

    A few other things to note. We live in a small townhouse complex. A while ago we had a leak underneath the newly installed driveway. He came over immediately and was able to detect exactly where the leak was so the damage to the driveway was kept to an absolute minimum. He has a very devoted crew who work with him no doubt because he's an honorable and very nice person. I also appreciate that he doesn't pretend he can do things that he can't do. On more than one occasion he has made recommendation of others who also turned out to be excellent. Again, I highly recommend him.
