We hired Perfect Pitch Roofing to do our roof, siding and install a new kitchen window. They far exceed our expectations in every aspect of the job. Besides it looking like we have a brand new house the whole process went so smoothly. The work to be done was well explained and executed exactly as it was outlined to us from the start. The crew was incredibly nice and helpful. They were clean and careful not to damage anything on the property. We could not be more thrilled with our decision to use Perfect Pitch Roofing.

We had a very favorable experience with Perfect Pitch Roofing. Joe was punctual at his initial appointment. He was very thorough with what we needed and what he would do in replacing our roof. He left several brochures for our review. When we contacted him to hire him, he was very courteous. He gave us a time period of when he would be able to start the job. His crew arrived on time and were very organized with what they had to do with little direction. They did a wonderful job in protecting our property and with cleaning up after the job was completed. We would recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing to anyone.

approximately 4 years ago Joe and his guys seemed to do really great work. I thought he delivered on all that was promised. The first week of September, 2021, my roof had leaked and stained my ceiling that I painted 3 months prior. I have spoken to Rihanna in the "office" 6 or 7 times for warranty work. She told Joe, she said, each time. It took 4 weeks for someone to come by and he couldn't figure out the leak. Three more weeks have passed since. No word from Perfect Pitch. I told Rihanna I'd have repairs made and send them the bill -- and again, have not been called back. How many stars to you give people who just tell you what you want to hear?
