Mike was recommended by one of the partners in Monarch Dunes Golf Course. The incoming pipe from City water under on our Circle Inn building in downtown Morro Bay swung a leak under the building near the sidewalk. The MBFD shut off the water while I tried to find a Fire Sprinkler company to replace a pipe installed their in 1996. I crawled under the building to shoot photos of the short rusted to incoming water pipe. Emailed photos to Mike and he sent a guy out to measure the pipe. It was installed two days later! Good prices and nice work.
