Highly recommend! Adrian and his crew did a phenomenal job on our new roof. Adrian provided an extremely affordable quote (at least 20% less than another company quoted last year) only one day after initially contacting him. They finished our roof and repaired some fascia boards in one day! We are very pleased and impressed. Thank you!

Adrian is a wonderful contractor! He came out and provided a free bid for a foreclosure I was purchasing which included fixing the flashing and missing shingles, a new layer, or an entire new roof. All prices were completely fair and beyond reasonable!
Once I bought the home, Adrian came out and took a sample shingle from my roof that had blown off to match the color. The skylight leaked due to poor flashing as well as having shingles missing. I chose to minimise my budget and just go with the fixes, which Adrian didn't push me to do more for his benefit. He is FAIR!!
As I am a working single mom, Adrian was sure to call me upon arrival ON TIME to my home, sent me pictures upon completion, and even verified that the work was to my expectations after I had seen the completed project. I have never experienced this kind of customer service with any purchase I have ever made. He is amazing! I will have Adrian do the full roof when it is needed. I would trust no one else with my home! -

Mr. DeSilva and his four man crew were absolutely tremendous in replacing our roof. It is a rather large roof and they completed it in just two days by working from dawn to dark. The clean up was perfect and I haven't found one nail from the shingles they removed. When I had question I was always given a complete answer with an explanation. His men worked hard and knew what they were doing. Even the neighbors commented on how polite they were. We had other bids but Perfection was below all others but I am confident that no corners were cut to make the bid work for them. They brought in the proper equipment to help get the job done quickly. I am ultra pleased with our new roof and have already recommended them to other homeowning friends. Mr. DeSilva showed pictures of large commercial jobs they have done and those jobs are impressingly large so they are very experienced.
