Consumer BEWARE. He goes by Brooks and he will take your deposit and more and complete nothing. We hired him to paint the exterior of our home 6/6/22. He took $2500.00 as the deposit and fee for materials. He brought two men and left them at our home as though they worked for us. This contractor has a conviction for not carrying Workers Comp Insurance and was sited by CA Contractor Board 2018 for such. 2020 This contractor was sited by CA Contractor Board for taking money and not paying a sub for materials and labor provided. Total time worked by the men he dropped off 14 hours. On day 5 he came to the home stating prep was nearing completion and wanted his second payment of $2000.00. Contractor Board contacted. Complaint filled.
