    I am writing in reference to Glen Gordon of Perhe LLC whom I have known for over ten years. During that time he has done many repairs and upgrades to my 1935 house; often fixing issues that had stymied others. His work has always been meticulous and thorough; often exceeding my expectations.

    Last summer, at the end of June I was contacted by a neighbor who has been living abroad for the last fifteen years while renting out his1940 brick colonial house here. He was concerned that his real estate agent had been unable to find a renter and was suggesting repainting the interior which had been painted not long before.

    When I went in the house, it was clear that apart from repainting, there had been little to no maintenance done for many years. I asked Glenn to take a look and give me his opinion. Glenn was quick to confirm my impressions, pointing out numerous issues that needed to be addressed.

    Glenn's estimate for the immediate work that needed to be done, including painting, delighted the owner who had paid the same amount a couple of years previously just for painting. He then decided to go with a more extensive renovation, including a new kitchen, with the stipulation that the house needed to be move-in ready in one month.

    Glenn sprang into action, doing much of the work himself and supervising the rest; finishing in the allotted time. His work was meticulous: when he discovered that the previous kitchen, installed in the 1980s had been installed without upgrading the existing 1940's wiring, it necessitated meticulously removing the brittle wires from behind the walls.

    After the work was completed, I posted new photos on Zillow and received several solid applications within a few hours. The house was quickly rented to a wonderful family.

The office team was courteous and responded to our requests expediteously. The design build team was knowledgeable and was able to take our concepts to design and build without giving us extra anxiety.

    My experience working with Perhe Desigh Build and construction was best people I work with Mr Glen Gordon the contractor he make sure everything was well done in a timely manner and well put together he doesn't take short cuts doing his work he sure his commsumer is please .
