I would not recommend these contractors to my worst enemy. My girlfriend has a contract with them to buil her house. First off they used the wrong set of plans and added 2 extra square feet to the slab throwing everything off. They put the wrong color bricks on the house and over charged on several bids making her have to come out of pocket for $9500 and the work is still not completed. The contract agreement called for the hose to be completed in 4 months. At 5 months they stopped all work leaving the home uncompleted and unable to get an occupancy permit. Now it has been 14 months and they won't answer any emails or phone calls. They just abandoned the job and left us hanging. The last time we met with Mr Perkins his reply was. "Sue me".
