    $82,000

    Perkins completed a ~1500 sqft basement finish for us. Workmanship was impeccable, communication was great. Workers arrived on time, performed stellar work, and cleaned up after themselves. Rodger was great to work with throughout the entire project, and Rob (woodworking and general handyman who took care of things like framing, shower installation, and even some painting and staining) was outstanding.

    I've been burned by several companies throughout the years, and made me think craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethics were dead. Perkins is by far the best, most reasonably priced company I've found in the area.
