I worked with Steve Albracht on new windows. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending them. In fact, I did recommend them to a friend regarding a new roof and her experience was positive.
I have dealt with numerous contractors in my profession and also on the personal front. My experience with Albracht Perma Siding was one of the most positive I have experienced. As you can imagine there are many options available for Windows. Steve was extremely patient and answered any questions I had. He was professional, put the customer first and demonstrated a high level of integrity. I had a few minor concerns after the project was compiled but they were taken care of without "blinking an eye".
