Recv'd a $1000.00 credit for repairs/upgrades for a home my family bought and as part of the closing had to pay the contractor upfront for the work. I picked Steve (Perry Construction) to repair four posts on a side fence and install my flooring in the living room. He was paid on Feb 3rd for the work to be completed. We had two weeks before move-in for the work to be completed. Its now March 5th and neither job is completed. We are completely moved in and have a housewarming party we are having with our work in our home still not complete. I have been unable to get a call back from Steve on when the work might be complete. I'm not a fan of paying upfront for work to be complete, but that was the deal at closing of escrow. Now Steve has his money and neither of the jobs paid for are complete with no finish date in sight a month later. I do not recommend this company. Nice guy, but has not treated us professionally or responsibly.
