Horrible. New construction. HVAC doesn't keep house cool in the summer, furnace runs continuously in the winter. Their subcontractor, Central Heating, has come out several times but does nothing to resolve the problems. Hired another company to identify the issues and they found a whole bunch of problems. It will cost thousands to make the system work the way it should have from the start.
I contacted Brandon at Perry and they won't do a thing to fix it, "it passed inspection."

Perry Homes in Utah cuts corners on their homes - like most other builders. We have screws coming out of our walls. We have window wells that flood every time it rains. We have the cheapest roof available and it falls apart every time the wind blows. Get this - our kitchen has a total of one drawer. Such horrible choice of building materials though - I wish we'd known all the problems before we bought a Perry Home!

So, we have lived in our Perry Home since 2005. Here is the only reason I give them even two stars, then I will explain why I don't rate them any higher.
The one good quality is they have some very beautiful home designs. That is the one area where we are very happy with our home.
Their subcontractors are terrible! Their quality of work is very subpar. Especially, the cabinet work. If they are still using Mountain Cabinetry out of Heber City, stay far far away from them! Within three monthsof moving in, even with the $3000 upgrade, our cabinets we're showing water damage and the finish on them was very spotty. After contacting Mountain Cabinetry, they took one door and refinished what had not been finished and that was it! I appealed to Perry homes, and they would not intervene, and said if I wanted to pursue it, I would have to get a lawyer. So much for their warranty work! In fact, one time when I talked with the owner of the cabinet shop, he swore and cursed me out for having called Perry homes to report him. Very unprofessional!
Another major concern is, they scraped all of the topsoil off of our lot and hauled it away. What they replaced it with, was 35 loads of sand! Almost 13 years later, and we are still dealing with that problem!
Some other issues include: the paint was very very thin and spotty, the texture on the ceiling is terrible, they did not scrape it at all and it looks terrible.
If at all possible, stay away, far far away from Perry Homes!
