Gave Perry Roofing $10k deposit on March 28 2012.
He didn't deliver materials until the end of April.
He didn't begin work until June 19th after we had filed a police report.
He left the underlayment exposed on the roof for over the 30 days - the manufacturer installation guide states to not leave boxed or installed underlayment to be exposed to elements for more than 30 days.
We are repairing indoor ceiling damage due to leaks which should not have occured with the water and ice protection underlayment that was installed.
He never returned our calls.
We fired him on July 10th. when the work was still far from finished.
Perry Roofing had installed the drip edge incorrectly.
Perry Roofing is currently involved in legal action by 19 local families who have not received adequate service from him.
We haven't received any of our deposit back from Perry Roofing.
