He replaced a landing and steps that were in place for over 60 years with a new landing and steps that didn't even last 3 years until they crumbled. He then tried to blame the manufacturer of the stone. The stone manufacturer denied the claim and sent us a letter stating that the stone he used is not intended to be used on outdoor stair risers. He then tried to say that our warranty with him had expired and we should refer to his contract. When we looked at the contract we noticed that he left the line blank where the amount of time the warranty lasted. He claimed he did it intentionally because he did NOT include a warranty on our project. In reality, I could have simply written "Lifetime" on the blank line but, I'm NOT that kind of a person. I placed phone calls that went unreturned less than a year after completion of the project explaining that the entire project was beginning to crumble. He threatened me with legal action should I go public with this complaint. After meeting with my lawyer, it was determined that I am within my rights to write this review. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Pa. State attorney generals office. So have others. I would NOT recommend Perzia construction.

By LisaOctober 23, 2018Front steps$3,400
Literally, after years of attempting to find a contractor to rebuild my front steps, which had crumbled, I finally found Joe Perzia through a referral from a neighbor. Every contractor who came to look at the project, did not want to undertake such a mess! Joe did the work beautifully, at a reasonable price and completed the project ahead of schedule. I will recommend Perzia Construction to anyone looking for a contractor.

These guys turned a cramped, dingy powder room into the nicest room in the house. Great workmanship. Very cooperative with mid construction changes. Fair price. Best of all , they show up when they are supposed to and stay until the job is complete. Dan and Len are two incredible talented and super nice guys.
I highly recommend Joe and his guys. -

Joe and his guys did an amazing job on our stone. He redid the front of my salon with stacked stone, and also on my chiminey. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, we could not be any happier with our project.
