I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing problem done right away. I was actually referred to this company by a friend of a friend so I thought this would be a reliable source. But when I first called the very next morning, no one answered and I called literally all day and no one bothered to call me back at all. I finally got in touch with someone the day after that only to find out that they had been closed due to a funeral but had not bothered to indicate that on the voicemail. So then when the plumber came to my house he then promptly informed me that his work duty was ending NOW. I thought he was about to tell me that he wanted to reschedule so he could go home but he didn't. After he proceeded to look at the problem and ask questions, he informed us that he would have an estimate for us the next day. So the next day came, I called the office and was informed they would get back with me whenever they received the estimate from the plumber. They never did get back with me. The same thing happened the next day and the next day after that. Meanwhile the problem is still going on in my home and I need someone to fix it. I have come to the realization that I will have to call someone else who is going to make the time to help me if I want to get this problem fixed! Needless to say I feel put off by this company and I would never refer them to anyone who needs someone to come out right away.
