10 years ago he was good. Today he must be broke or looking to amass as much as he can before he retires. He does none of the work, outsources everything and overcharges. I personally was involved in a 60% upcharge on my renovation. The $80000 quote ended at $220,000 with countless delays, lies and re-dos.
I have heard from 2 other projects on the Cape that he also upcharged them 60%.
Avoid at all costs or buyer beware!
