Very average work, slow and not good at finish work as you can see in the photos. Nice enough person, but at the end of the job I had multiple issues that were not to my satisfaction. He took care of some but not all of them. And some building mistakes were unreversible like where he put the posts for the deck as you can see in the piks....blamed it on house not being plumb....other builders have said thats where you make a correction to accomodate the home. He did not....so now we have a gap. Worked very slow, which is fine if the finished product is good. I will say we had some with zoning ( idiot zoning officer) and permits that held us up a few days but nothing that should of taking the time it did to do what we hired them to do. Ive had other more complex projects done in much quicker time. . Out of 5 stars I would give a 3 which in my eyes isnt good according to this scale....I would say average is a 3 and thats were I rate shenango valley builders. (pete yoder)
