My fiance hired him to help prepare her house for sale. The work was incredibly sloppy, used subpar materials but charged her for top notch materials. He did the roof ok just ok, the flooring isn't flat and moves, the kitchen counters aren't even, he didn't even rebuild the existing deck to code so he had to fix it and complained the whole time. The quarter round along the flooring isn't even mitred, he used some type of putty to fill the corners in. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Sloppy sloppy work.
