We were left with @ $100,000. in unfinished work and repairs based on the assessment of a reliable builder. Debris was not even cleared. Major components were never done, aspects of the work done was unprofessional and faulty. Michals dropped his insurance and protected his assests. We are still remediating the failures and will do so as long as we are in our home. BEWARE.
