    Fireplace
    $6,000

    Pete is so knowledgeable! He restored our 35 year old chimney back to safe working order. Replacing the furnace and fireplace flues , adding a new furnace liner and a multi flue cap on top .     build space for gas fireplace, install hearth, mantel & stonework; build a deck & screen porch

    A few years ago Pete built a space for our gas fireplace complete with custom installation of hearth, mantel & stonework. The following year he completed a magnificent custom designed deck with screen porch. His outstanding carpentry & stonework skills coupled with an artistic eye & meticulous attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. Pete always takes care to keep the customer informed at every stage of the project and his fees are very fair. We recommend him wholeheartedly for any number of building projects.

    Chimney repoint

    When our chimney needed repointing we hired Pete. He showed up when promised, his quote was fair, his work was done with great care and perfection. Pete takes pride in his work and it really shows. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to hire Pete for our projects in the future.

    insulate and install plywood walls in attic

    I've had Peter do several projects for me. Remove and Replace pressure treated landscape planter boxes, patch and seal concrete pool deck and installing plywood walls in an extremely tight working space. All his work was done meticulously and was well planned before he started. I'm very happy with his work and highly recommend him. His rates are more than fair.

    Replace outside wall which had rot and touch up work

    Peter was a godsend I needed repairs done to outside of the house prior to the house being painted. He was timely and honest. We are having him back for a flooring project I am so glad he is in my contacts. The best part HE does the job himself and the client has his full attention.

    Front Porch remodel/replace

    Mr Harrahy just finished a Front Porch renovation for me and I couldn’t be happier! The workmanship and materials he used were top notch. He is a true craftsman, hard worker, and communicated well. The building inspector for the city was impressed and complemented him on the job. I plan on hiring him again in the future!
