I was so disappointed with the quality of work Peter Wilson put forth. His quote was on the higher side of the quotes I got and I figured you get what you pay for. I went over his quote verbally with him and proceeded with the job. I kept asking every day for a more detailed quote so there wouldn't be any miscommunications down the road. Never saw it-that should have been where I halted the job. He started out the job so pleasant and accommodating. Well, that quickly changed. Soon he became argumentative and condescending. He didn't use the brand paint I asked for and when he went to prime my house he didn't use proper primer (just slop paint with some binder in it). When I confronted him about it he talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I am a designer who has a clue what she is talking about. Every step of the way there were issues and he became cranky and defensive about addressing those issues. In the end my house actually had problems with the paint. There was bubbling in areas. I called and emailed him to have him take care of it. He basically told me it was my problem and he wouldn't deal with it. I don't manufacture paint or paint houses so I don't understand how a failing paint job could be my fault. He also managed to hand me a bill for a few thousand dollars of add ons. Not before he did any of the work but after. Minor stuff that I never imagined would be such expensive add ons. It was just his way of recouping some of his loses for a job he bid so badly because it took his guys way to long to get the job done. Horrible experience. I would never recommend this guy to anyone
