Run, don't walk away from this sham of a company. I paid this con-artist over $7000 to re-pipe my house. (By the way, he charges 5% for credit cards, so when you pay by check, which most people do, you have little recourse. Another red flag to pick someone else.) The re-pipe of the house failed the first inspection, to which Ed, the owner, replied, "he hoped they wouldn't notice as he was going on vacation." Shortly after installing everything, an entire bedroom in my house flooded. Ed was notified of a water leak and when he came in he first said the water was from a roof leak. Then he said it was from water splashing from the kitchen sink and he left. Well, It was determined that a clamp was never installed on the kitchen sink drain valve which someone else found after being at the house a total of 10 minutes. I had to have carpet, padding, drywall, and paint re-done in the bedroom behind the kitchen sink. When I called him and confronted him on this, he said, he didn't make the mistake, his guys did. Great leadership there Ed....you sure know how to take responsibility. I asked him for warranty and insurance information and he initially told me he was working on getting me the info. When it never came, I called back and asked him why he lied. He yelled and said "you pushed the wrong (expletive) button lady!" He totally lost his temper, and was the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent contractor I've ever seen in my life. He refuses to apologize or take responsibility for his negligence. This problem is still unresolved and I've contacted a lawyer since this lying piece of garbage refuses to take responsibility. To anyone reading this....find absolutely anyone else to do your plumbing job.
