I contracted Pete to blacktop my front gravel and side of house. As
they were leaving, their big machine chopped up my neighbor’s
macadam curb as they laughed. Many months passed before the workers came out again. I even paid Pete $500 extra to do the job they ruined!
The work was still not done right with much water now on my property. I would never recommend Pete to anybody! What a rip off!

Pete's Paving did a good job in laying a new driveway for us and agreed to provide seal coating the following year as part of the arrangement. Unfortunately, when I tried to arrange this I did not hear back from the owner.

I hired Pete November 2024 to repave our driveway. It was a layover on top of the old driveway. He also talked me into paying extra for gilsonite oil which was supposed to give the black top a "nice satin" finish. Adding the oil he pushed the warranty form 2 years to 3 years if I sealcoat it each year. Well the oil washed away in no time and the entrance of the driveway crumbled in a week and we continue to have gravel break off. Pete said it was getting too cold to fix it and he would be in touch in the spring. Well summer is almost over and Pete hasn't and won't respond to any of my messages. He's not a stand up human being and does shoddy work. Do not hire him.
