Unfortunately I wanted to be happy with Peretti's services but was and still am quite disappointed in the service. My husband and I hired them to do a simple back yard which took the entire Summer (We hired them 5/31/11) the job was not completed until after labor day and then they had to come back because the misting system was not working correctly off the arbor. Also a pland died and had to be replaced which they did replace. However, we now have 2 (two) dead plants which apparently they are moving and can't find the receipts to replace the plants. Also, the colored stamped concrete looks AWFUL, I told him I didn't like it when it was poured and he told me when all was said and done they'd powerwash it and put a clear coat on it and it would look much nicer this was in July .... Oh my what do you know it's October 29th!! Yet to be done. So after many calls my husband is fed up and today we have contracted someone else to come and finish up Peretti's job and forking out $850.00. As for the dead plants their still in the backyard and I guess we will have to hire some to pull them out and put new ones in for which we will also have to shell out more money for the new replacement plants which according to Petretti landscaping they're is a years warrenty so what are we supposed to wait it out a year or until the rainy season comes and goes! I think not. The yard looks very nice after many months ... after being patient all summer my husband and I are quite disgusted with his follow through. I realize he's trying to find winter work but hello you don't forget your customers and the follow through with them no matter how cash poor your company may currently be while you scrounge up other work. Because economic times are so hard you would think you would completely follow through on you services to your clients because word of mouth can get you more work. In fact my next door neighbors were asking us about how we liked Petretti's services and unfortunately we could not recommend them. We had a blank slate and had an Arbor with misters put in; stamped concrete; seating walls; planting and grass put in. His worker PETE was fantastic no longer works with him, but I would hire PETE anyday but not Petretti Landscape Services nor could I seriously recommend him to anyone after spending $23K.

I am the type of person who never complains, but i was very unhappy with the work and the lack of follow up. I had a backyard patio and two foot wall installed. The concrete patio lines are not clean and piece of concrete chipped. I pointed out how the wall corner caps had gaps (that they fixed after a few attempts). Wall has glue on face of it, just lack of detail. Biggest thing is haven't even received a call if we are satisfied.
