Mr. Pettit did a terrible job laying a tile floor in our sunroom- the grout cracked and tiles began coming up the day after we paid him! After a month of trying to get him to come back and fix the mess- including a string of incredible excuses including a truck accident, severe headaches, losing his crew, falling off a ladder, and hospital time- he came, pulled up the tiles, and never returned. What a waste of money and time! This is not a quality contractor.
