Pat,
My husband and I had an opportunity of a lifetime when we purchased land to build our dream home. The question for us was who was going to build it for us. We had heard nightmare stories about building going wrong, so we were more than a little nervous about the building process ahead of us.
Our friends had invited us to their home to see their new addition, and it was beautiful! They raved about the contractor and all that he did for them. That was the first time we heard of Pezzello Contracting. After that day, it seemed that the more people we asked about Pezzello Contracting, the more positive information we received!
So my husband and I took a chance and met with Pat. From that first day, he was honest, direct, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect connected with building our home. The planning process was extensive, and time consuming, but worth every minute. We were always informed about materials, time, and most of all---cost. We were always told that during the building process there would be times where the relationship between the homeowner and the builder would be strained because of how stressful the process can be. I have to tell you that was NOT the case. I credit Pat for that. His style of directly communicating with the homeowner coupled with his absolute knowledge of building and ALL the costs associated with building made the process extremely easy for us.
I can honestly and happily say that my husband and I have been living in our dream house that Pezzello Contracting has built for us, and we have no regrets. In fact, we tell everyone who is considering such projects to deal with the best, and only the best--Pezzello.

You are a true professional. I knew when I started looking into getting my galley kitchen renovated with a bump out and custom woodworking that I needed someone I could trust.
You had ideas from experience and always made me feel things were possible to do if we worked smart within my budget.It was a long three months but you and the crew always showed up and made sure we communicated and I was happy with the results. The kitchen is beautiful and as bright as can be with the new skylights. You were always approachable which helped me get what I wanted to come true. Having a great carpenter on staff put my kitchen over the top. The custom built column entrance and beautiful tile backsplash are showpieces. When I posted my photos on Facebook in July, almost every friend came back with the description of GORGEOUS!!! :) The Mudroom is great too, but nothing tops my new BIG kitchen. I look forward to hosting Thanksgiving with my big space and the two convection ovens going...Finally, the turkey can have some room and I don't have to juggle all the side dishes to keep warm. Also, I won't be bumping into my guests when I open the oven door...LOL.
Even recently when I called with questions, you gave me attention and great advice. I wish you all the best and success as you deserve it!

Gorgeous two floor, 600 sq. ft. addition to our 1929 home, made with so much precision and detail that it looks like it was built with the house. From consultation to final inspection, and even after, Pat, his family, and all of his associates (yes, ALL of them) were professional, accommodating, and encouraging throughout the job. They did not leave a single scrap of material or dirt anywhere even though they had to cut through all kinds of old plaster and rock. They closed up doorways as if they never existed. Quick responses to all kinds of questions and requests, even on weekends. Lots of original ideas that really personalized the new space. Our house was very difficult to retrofit and they overcame every roadblock and made it happen. Also helps that they are very friendly with the members of the township’s zoning and permit department. We used them for demolition, foundation, building, painting, refinishing and transitioning into existing floor and carpeting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Pricing was crystal clear down to the brand name and model, and they adjusted accordingly when requested. Strongly recommended for sure.
