We have lived in one of his homes for a few years now and it seems almost every day we find another area where he cut corners. We are a few years in and already worried about foundation issues and the house is literally coming apart at the seams, likely because they did such a bad job with the drywall. VERY FRUSTRATING. He is full of excuses and is great a passing the buck, NOT GREAT at building with quality and integrity. Several homes built by him in our area, ALL REPORTING MAJOR ISSUES>

Beautiful floor plan, poorly executed. Rush job, doesn't care about quality. Walls were poorly tapped/mudded and painted. Seams and nails visible throughout. Refused to re-paint. Doors hung off square. Door handles came lose within months. Range hood wired backwards. Yard was improperly graded for drainage. Very difficult to get to fix issues once he has your $. Really nice guy, in way over his head.

Used sub contractors that did not take their time. Completely missed putting a 10ft section of of trim on the outside of our house. Walls are cracking and floors are popping after just a few months.

Absolutely terrible quality. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing structural deficiencies throughout the years. Greg over promises and then doesn't even deliver. I cannot stress enough how disappointing it was to save to build a home, only to have it turn into a money pit. Greg Pfannes constantly cut corners and it shows. We are 7 years in and not a single day goes by that I do not curse the day I decided to do business with Greg and entrust my home to his bumbling incompetence.
