It has not been pleasant nor are they professional. They do not follow through to ensure the workers are doing what are contracted for. The office management and scheduling is less than efficient. I have had a back flow device they installed and it has been over 2months since I’ve been working with the gem to get it fixed mean while my grass is dying. Additionally when hired to replace sod they leave it in front of the house for days and install dead grass
