The most ignorant carpenter that ever tried to hold a hammer! He couldn't even frame the floor for a bathroom. He removed all the supports for the sub floor and let the whole bathroom sink into the crawl space. Anyone who retains this guy for their home, is opening the door for Satan!
Even with the help of another one of his flunky building contractor's, he couldn't cut a duct hole in the floor straight, he installed my hickory crown molding upside down, he sawed up my new full view storm door with a hacksaw, cause he couldn't figure out how to hang the door. He put blocks and timbers under my kitchen floor, but never jacked them up where they would touch the joists. He poured a new concrete porch and left gaping holes in the face when the form boards were removed. I would have taken his tail to court, if I had known what a screwed up job he did on my house!
