    Had a new roof siding and windows
    $27,500

    My wife and I would like to thank Joe and the phase 4 team for their outstanding workmanship couple things stood out to us is when they said they were going to be there on a certain date they were there the other completed is when the job was completed they cleaned up very thoroughly all in all I highly recommend phase 4 for their outstanding job Chris and Kelly Russell Levittown Pennsylvania

    This company is Terrible!! Am a Sandy victim in PA and now, 9 months later, at end of July, my house is still not finished! They simply stopped coming and have ignored all of my text messages and phone calls. In addition, while I was living elsewhere, owner told guys to come in and out of my garage daily, and to leave it unlocked. The owner HAD my keys! Consequently, I was robbed of over $20K of items in my home that he will NOT make good on. Later my septic backed up into my home...bathroom, sinks, showers, etc. When a septic specialist came out, he found paint brush sponges that were flushed down my toilets. Another $460 bill Phase 4 won't make good on. I have 7 ENORMOUS stumps they refuse to remove, many filled with larvae, frogs, and stagnant water. My carpets are partially installed, leaving old rusty tacking on steps. Last week, while looking for something in a freestanding cedar closet, I received a deep puncture wound from an old rusty board with nails that they threw in the bottom of the previously empty closet, requiring a $90 tetanus shot! I could go on an on. If approached by the smooth talking owner, RUN AWAY!  RUN FAR AND FAST!!!! Oh, and the final kicker is they claim to have affiliations with several reputable organizations. Well, I called each and every one, and they are not and have NOT EVER belonged to a single organization!  Talk about false advertising! The PA Attorney General is sorting out this mess for me!
