Built our home in 2018. David at PHD best experience ever. Very good to work with. Quality work and subs were neat clean on time and professional. Had some warranty work and returned calls immediately. Most definately would build through them again.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life, especially after spending so much money with them I spent all my savings and half of my retirement to get into a house built by PHD and they wont fix anything that needs to be fixed! Please people don't buy from these people, the houses look nice, but they don't stand behind their work!

I bought a new home. My experience was horrible. The finished appearance was terrible. Customer service doesn't exist. You can't get a call back. The Sub contractors don't show up. When someone does come, they don't complete their job and leave a mess. I won't let them back in my home. Some of my neighbors had to file a complaint with the state contractors board.

They don't fix anything, cracks in the sheet rock, cracks in the concrete, fencing falling down, rails falling off of the fence and they say that's normal settling and wear and tear!!!!!!! WRONG!!!!!!! I don't like the company and wouldn't buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The builder is a very good builder and we are happy with the work he performs however when something needs to be fixed that is under warranty the builder does not take care of the problem for a couple of months. So my suggestion to all the buyers with PHD Construction, get a home inspector to inspect your home before your warranty is up
