I had a 4br 5 bath home built by Phenix construction in 2008. They cut corners like not compacting the earth before pouring cement. Not properly sealing the foundation. Not leveling the cement. Not using vibrators in the forms, Trying to bill me twice for materials in the amount of $10,000 until I asked why are you billing me twice for the same materials. His work site was very untidy and when expensive laminated beams were delivered, they were unloaded on rocks which damaged the beams which were to be exposed in the living room. All his carpenters could not speak english. I spent more time on the work site than he did and the workers made many stupid mistakes.
I would advise everyone to avoid this builder
