    This contractor did work for us.
    We were VERY pleased with the outcome.
    He was very meticulous, and the outcome was amazing!
    He was the lowest bid that we went with, and when everything was done, we were
    under budget.
    I would highly recommend this contractor.

    Contractor's have to protect themselves from shady people that want work, and don't
    want to pay for it when it's done!
    Unfortunately, contractors have to deal with people like this all the time.
    I feel this man was very fair, and good at what he does.

    This contractor is very shady he will overchg ,do some work and try to hold you hostage(so to speak) he is a fraud and a crook
