Nuffer was contracted by the insurance company to re-build my parents home after a fire in 1988. Recently a contractor had to break into the walls of my parents home after a water pipe burst - they found that Nuffer did not put any insulation in any of the walls in the house! STAY AWAY FROM NUFFER!

Phil misappropriated funds from our construction loan. He was unable to finish our project which has left us with an incomplete structure and liens. Avoid him at all costs.
